This veg shed evening was destined to be a bit of a muddle well in advance - I had offered to host and wanted to base the evening on one of my favourite books ever, The Rosie Project'. I was planning to decorate my dining table with pink roses, then realised that actually I had a photoshoot in the Highlands the next day and a big dinner party the night before probably was not the best way to prepare, Mo very kindly agreed that we could host it in the pub, with the proviso that everyone 'bought drinks', rather than 'brought' them! No problem. Someone managed to change the theme to 'Cider with Rosie' an equally good book I am sure, I managed to develop a slight cold so could not even go in the end and a great time was had by all!

What a feast! And what an incredibly creative bunch the Veg Shed gang are! 

The good people of Horncliffe really do seem to manage to look extremely glamorous, pull off a delicious meal out of anything AND drink plenty of alcohol, every night of the week!
