A delicious spread was assembled by everyone of macaroni cheese, cauliflower cheese, Hairy Bikers Vegetarian Lancashire hot pot, pheasant crumble, cheese & mushroom flan. 

Drinks included cider and beer and pudding included a classic trifle!

 

Although the meal was very well attended as usual, there were some absent friends: Mo, Frances, Debbie and Livvy were all on a 'Research Trip' to Southern Italy. Contact was made by FaceTime however, and a useful catch up was achieved.

Jane and Tabitha took a moment to make the draw for the 200 club...

Next month is an Italian night - such a great way to exercise those culinary skills and muscles and then we will slowly start meeting again on Monday evenings at 5pm in the village hall car park, to swap veg, stories and aperitifs, when the weather allows.
